Appointments

Whilst there is a big push for patients to use online tools such as accurx to contact their GP Surgery, here at Peacock Surgery, we still prefer to speak to our patients – you can call us anytime between 8am and 6:30pm.

Accurx is user friendly, and some patients prefer to use it. We keep an eye on new request submitted throughout the day, and will respond on the day the request is received. This does not mean that if you have requested an appointment, that this appointment will be on the same day as your request. Requests are triaged by our duty GPs, who will triage appropriately according to clinical need.

To request an urgent appointment:

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We respond to requests within 24 hours, but your appointment may not be on the same day as your request is made.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
