We have significant illness in our Reception and Nursing Teams. Sadly, Covid has struck…
The surgery is under tremendous pressure at the moment, and we will need your support and understanding to get through the next week. We are working behind the scenes to fill some gaps, but inevitably there will be some minor issues today… and in the coming week. Today – specifically – our GPs will need to pick up some of the urgent nursing procedures that cannot clinically be postponed, and this will affect GP availability. Please only get in touch if your matter is urgent. You will have a longer wait to get a call back from our GPs. Appointment times may run late today, as the team will be fitting in urgent medical needs in and amongst fully booked sessions.
If we’re cancelling your appointment for today or later in this coming week, we will be in touch to rearrange asap. When you attend an appointment, you may be seeing another clinical member of our team. We may also ask you to attend at a different time. Reception may take a little longer to answer the phone… please help us by being patient. We apologise for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
